Good morning rainbow eaters
today is football day so I will be busy all afternoon into evening

todays weigh in 151.5
that's pretty good because yesterday I did my weight lifting routine/
today breakfast :
1/2 C bran flakes
1/3 C heart to heart
2/3 C ff milk
3.2 oz orange Orange
2.7 oz strawberries Red

Dinner plans Boneless skinless chicken broccoli or zucchini' brown rice or red potato and the side salad

will check in again if I can

breakfast
2 cup coffee, .25 skim milk, cinnamon
1.5 french toast, tsp powdered sugar, pat butter
1 thin bacon

3 mushrooms white, been craving for some reason are yummy. always liked them. So White is only color so far, unusual for me, might have red grapefruit and spinach soon, will see. feeling satiated

I don't want to leave you two guys hanging here on your own, so I'm posting late to tell you I didn't eat a rainbow because I skipped my smoothie today. That smoothie is a big help.

Red - cherry tomatoes, red onion

Green - romaine, arugula

White - dates

Orange - clementine
