I am bumming because my patriots not only lost but scored only 6 points so I got nearly a zero workout watching them play

todays weigh in 151.5

Breakfast :

1/2 C raisin bran purple
1/2 C heart to heart
2/3 C FF milk
3.2 oz orange orange
3.5 oz strawberries red
1 C black coffee

side salad
romaine lettuce 5 inner leafs green

2 black olives
1 T robusto dressing

2 super sized coffees here at home
32 oz water

2 eggs n greens
1 sl ww toast with 1 tblsp ff cream cheese and a dab of jam

2 Tblsp cheese ball with 6 club crackers
1 whole stupid package of dried cherries..... let it be noted that this is never a good idea with 5 adults and only 1 bathroom in the house, but I can't seem to help myself.

Dinner will be
homemade taco salad , made with tomatoes, green chilies, spicy gr turkey, black beans, corn and lettuce , w/ fresh avocado dressing

Red - cherries, cherry tomatoes, red onion

Orange - clementine, peach slices

Green - romaine, arugula, cucumber

Blue - blueberries

Violet - grape juice

White - dates

Yellow - corn

Everything tastes yummy but I have to start paying attention to the calories again!
