I found a weight loss blog today that is really helpful and uplifting called PastaQueen. This is written by a young woman who begins her weight loss at over 350lbs and over the years of the blogs finally reaches around 170. And it does take her years but she never gives up. I've started at the beginning and there are A LOT of post topics. Maybe someone else will like it too
