Good morning
weight 151

breakfast
1/2 Cbran flakes
1/2 c heat to heart
1/2 c ff milk
2.4 oz strawberries

dinner today
porkchop with onions
green beans
either red potato or baked beans
side salad

today is football day
will be watching the game this afternoon
I hope you all are doing well
plan for snacks are the usual apple peanut butter pistachios yogurt and berries I might have a chicken sandwich one slice bread and an ounce or so of chicken

Phooey, I forgot to weigh. First time in months.

Not sure how the day will go today, we will be eating with our friends out at Cope. Doing that long drive to get there and back. Then get home and the Broncos will be on TV, so will sit and watch that game. Ha. I'll be anxious to see what I weigh tomorrow morning.

Doctor took me off my BP medication and my BP is sky high plus my heart is beating like crazy. I'll have to email the doc in the morning. If I'm still here. lol
AusGram -SW - 194; CW -185; GW -150 for now, will lower that WHEN I reach it.

I've had green beans Green romaine Orange carrot White cucumber Red pepper

I used the lightest dressing. I used grated Parmesan on the salad and also 5 instead of a huge handful of croutons. I made homemade stroganoff n mind didn't have sour cream in it

I did have cookies which only come to my house 5-6 times a year.

Instead of eating the whole box I had 3. I did not buy the cookies.

I had a small lunch Barbacoa taco n yogurt red cherries that I had frozen No blue or yellow

Breakfast was pumpkin loaf n Starbucks coffee skinny vanilla late

calories about 1500
exercise, not a lot unless you count three loads of collecting, washing, drying, folding, putting away laundry, organizing linen closet, other chores around home, maybe an hour or three.

Hey Laura, I want you to go to web md's womens BMI plus calculator. It will ask your weight, waste size, hiegth, and age. It will tell you how many calories you need a day according to your exercise. I think your getting in to many calories. Steph

It may be holding you back from your weight loss!
