Never did do a treadmill or walk yesterday (just hit a wall of depression and went back to bed). I have a much better attitude today and I will be going for a long walk this morning. I figure it will help my mood for the entire day.

It's chilly here too, Judy. Your oatmeal sounds good. I need to switch mine up from time to time, but since I fix it before I go to work I take the easy way out.

Breakfast: 1/2 C. oatmeal, blueberries, walnuts, ff milk, black coffee
Lunch: Homemade chicken and rice soup (1C.)
Dinner: We have a football game tonight and I will be tailgating with friends so will probably eat a lot of junk instead of my usual fairly healthy meals!

Exercise again will be my walk across campus. I'm glad we have a large campus so I can fit some exercise in.

Enjoy your walk, Rachael. Walking and being outdoors always improves my mood.
