    Hi 'Keet' and Judy!

Yes, Judy, it is unfair that when your hubby gets a headache at night, you end up losing sleep. I have that with Will too as he is somewhat of an insomniac, but I sleep better with him than without him so I guess I'll keep sleeping with the big guy. Lol

Breakfast was an apple and cottage cheese.

Lunch will be chicken with 1 C wheat pasta and carrots.

This weekend I am going to a camp with a group of adult scouts with disabilities, so I will be eating whatever is on their menu, but I am sure we will be active. I am really looking forward to this change of pace now so it'll be fun!

Yes Judy that made for a long night I am sure. Maybe you can get a nap in today!

Well I ate some Special K, with whole milk, and now coffee, and lots of water till lunch. You guys take care.

I walked and ran with my teen last night, danced, and done a work out video. I was exhausted.

Hey Laura. I get that. Teens are a handful and young adults can be too if they get into things. I hope other than being busy you are well. I'm feeling fine. My breast is still tender and the other one is starting to hurt now so I'm not sure what's going on. I'm on a second course of antibiotics.

    Have a GREAT DAY!!

Hey Keet, could it be you bruised your ribs with a new exercise, or do you need a new smaller size bra? Also heat might help for comfort. It's not a known sign of cancer, but if you are due for a mammogram it could put you at ease. Hope you feel better quick! (Huggs)
