Good morning Judy and Debbie,

ate oat meal
drank a la tae with truvia
banana

1 cup sugar free jello

16 oz of v8 juice
4 whole wheat crackers
1 slice of block cheese

1 chocolate delight sugar free

*I got the low sodium v8 juice, but you know it is still loaded with sodium. I don't remember what the regular has, but this is still a lot of sodium. Some days I am in a hurry and don't get in all the vegg's I need, I thought this might help.

Starting on my water. current weight 178, I am so happy for you guys in those 150"s. I can't wait to be there with you.

Judy, sorry to hear about your battery problem. At least it's an easy and fairly inexpensive fix. Just pop one out and the other in, and off you go.

Debbie, glad to see you are doing ok. You seem to handle the stress of multitasking very well and somehow always keep yourself chipper.

Today is scuba day, so I decided to not do the gym until I know just how much energy I will be exerting later this afternoon.

Breakfast
1 lg cup of coffee w/ stevia and cocoa powder
1/2 heart healthy lavash wrap, smeared w/ 1 1/2 tsp nutella and wrapped around a banana

Lunch
egg and greens
1/2 med pink grapefruit

Tonight will probably be pizza night , since it'll have to be down and dirty for lack of time to fix anything.
I won't be eating the take out though, I'll do up a quickie one from a heart healthy pita , fresh tomato, onion , gr pepper, mushrooms , spinach, Italian seasonings, garlic powder and a little shredded Italian cheese mix.

I'm hoping to have enough time and energy to do a late visit to the gym. We shall see.

Wow, but scuba can kick your butt! We didn't even do all that much and the boys and I couldn't believe how tired we were afterwards.
Michael says it has something to do with the tanked air that you have to use. It depletes the oxygen in your blood and it takes time to recover from it... a lot like flying coast to coast.

But we all had a decent time. It definitely shows that having our own full set of equipment would help though. My weight belt didn't have enough weight on it and it adversely affected my bouyance, I kept floating when I was supposed to be flat on the bottom of the pool.... he gave me two more weights and I think I could have used two more for best affect, but I worked with what I had.

The fins are a total bear to get used to though. We had 6 people in a med sized pool with fins, tanks and vests on and it was almost too cramped. We kept bumping fins as we passed eachother, lol.

I will definitely be getting into it though come March. That's the first "Spring" lessons to shoot for so that we can do open water without freezing to death. By that time, I hope to have my own equipment that I am comfortable with.

Sorry , no pics this time though. We had to all be in the water at the same time, so we had no time to grab our phones for snaps.

Although tired tonight, I grabbed a couple of hours to go to the gym.

30 min on the recumbant
10 laps in the pool and some water resistance exercises

hope everyone had a wonderful day
