    Breakfast :
    1/2 C bran flakes
    1/3 C heart to heart
    2.9 oz orange
    4oz strawberries red
    1/2 c ff milk
    1 C black coffee

    Dinner today will be boneless skinless chicken breast
    sweet potato broccoli maybe HM chicken soup that will have carrots in it

    or the side salad it is rather chilly today so soup might be the choice

    I hope you all are getting a rainbow of fruits and vegies in every day
    Last night I had a case of hungry horrors I had all my usual plus a cup of grapes late after the cut off time
    I think I was tired because I slept till 9am today

    No workout this am.... since i did the late one last night, I'll wait till this afternoon to catch up and hit the gym

    1 lg coffee w/ stevia and cocoa powder
    1/6 of a homemade ham, cheese and spinach quiche
    1 sm yellow apple w/ 1 tsp nutella

    1 vanilla protein shake w/ 1 Tblsp chia seeds

    Gym workout
    20 min recumbant
    10 min eliptical
    10 laps and 20 min resistance weights in the pool

    PM snack
    1/2 c ff cottage cheese w/ 1/4 c mandarine oranges in 100% juice

    1 med pink grapefruit
    2 tuna patties
    spinach salad w/ sliced red onion, cukes , tomato and 1 Tblsp ff ranch

    Bedtime snack
    1 c Low sodium V8

    Add to my totals from yesterday a half pbj sandwich and two more Hershey's minis. Then I went to bed (it was 8:30P) because I didn't want to do any more damage.

    Onto today:

    Breakfast was 1/2C oatmeal with 2 T peanut butter and sugar free chocolate syrup drizzle.

    Lunch will be 1C cottage cheese w cherry tomatoes (red).

    Dinner will be boneless skinless chicken breast and onion (white) w 2T bbq sauce, a baked sweet potato (orange) and a romaine salad (green) and green pepper w lite blue cheese dressing.

    Snack will be popcorn w sweetener and cinnamon.

    Don't know about exercise today. Right now my knees are sore from CPR class yesterday and my walk on a rocky trail. Will write if I do anything for exercise.

    AM weight: 150.6

    Lunch: 2 baked chicken tenders and banana
    Dinner: cube steak cooked in tomatoes and onion, broccoli
    Snack: apple

    Exercise: I got more walking in yesterday than I have been. Today will just be walking across campus to class - about 1 1./2 miles round trip.

    It's a beautiful day today in the high 70's, but tomorrow is supposed to be rainy and mid 60's - poor trick or treaters!

    Just getting online.

    I ate
    scrambled egg with some shredded cheese
    coffee, creamer, truvia
    water, water, water,
    8 oz of milk

    Lunch Tuna, 5 whole wheat crackers

    Supper baked chop, sweet corn, Very little, and some greens
    unsweet tea with truiva

    I can't get by with no carb and take sinus meds, and ibrophen, if I don't eat a cracker I get sick. I have a serious sinus head ache, but that is not going to stop me from getting a lot accomplished today.

    Started that new supplement today, so far no side effects from it.

    Hi all, I'm still trying to eat the rainbow and keep my calories at 1500 and also go to the gym for a 55 minute class, or so every day. Will try to fill in food list today and yesterday if I have extra time between appointments, errands, and getting ready for Susie's halloween party sleepover at my house tomorrow.

    Congrats to the Boston Red Sox on a good World Series win!
