May day fell flat somewhere after lunch. Instead of the planned dinner, I ate a peanut butter and jelly sandwich w lite yogurt and a small pack of those chocolate turtles. Far from my chicken and broccoli/cauliflower and apple.

Will switch out the popcorn for the apple so I at least get more nutrition for snack.

Also didn't walk or rake as planned. Ugh. Where did my day go?

OKAAAAAY well. I'm sorry for this, heh heh... I feel like a total fool now. I typed the following this AM but the twins got up in rare form today and immediately launched into an argument that went on and on and on, till I finally got sick of it and left our humble home. Unfortunately, I typed this, but , didn't submit it.
grrrrrrrrrrrr.

Morning ladies.
I think I'm back now. Michael ended up taking yesterday off from work too. He has been having a lot of pain from the surgery and we both have been losing sleep because of it.
Last night was the first time I'd slept halfway decent since Thursday night.

The surgeon gives a mighty thumbs up about the outcome though, so it certainly was worth every bit of discomfort, I'm sure.
Although Michael looks well on his way to becoming Frankenstein's monster.... or just FrankenWeenie, lol , with all the stitches he now has.

AM walk with Holly

2 lg cocoa coffees
Chai Chia oatmeal

Gym workout
20 min recumbant
20 min seated stepper
Pool workout approx 40 min

1 vanilla protein shake, 1 kiddie sized box of raisins
1 michigan yellow delicious apple

2 beef fajitas with more veggies than anything, no cheese, but yes on the rf beans, guac, ff sour cream , etc.

Great news, Kim! Sorry about the scars, but so what in the grand scheme of things. I have a nasty looking scar from my navel to...well, 4 to 5 inches down LOL, but as I told the surgeon, my bikini wearing days are long gone anyway!

Good to see you back at it and sounding more like your crazy self!

Thanks Helene. I, for one, am going to be the most thankful and giving person that I can be this holiday season. Never have the holidays seemed more special to me.
