topped with raspberries and dark chocolate morsels
1C black coffee

baked chicken again

Oatmeal. Coconut honey cinnamon is that a homemade mix or bought. Sound good? Do you put it in when you cook your oatmeal?


Thank Judy to be there every day to start the day and the conversation.


Yesterday cleaned the bathroom and removed the old caulking what a job. Now sparkling clean. Today the kitchen.... More boxes.

yes I have a fat free unsweetened coconut I bought in the health food section that I use it is shredded
I cook that all together cinnamon to taste
and top it with the chocolate morsels it is a new mixture for me I liked it

1/2 c old fashioned oats
1/3 T honey
11/2 T coconut
cinnamon to taste
1/2 C ff milk
1/3 C water
this all gets cooked with medium flame to desired consistency

top with 5 chocolate morsels 3 oz raspberries my hubby would rather have banana in place of the raspberries

Morning ladies! Helene, it's so good to have you back with us. Your oriental soup sounds excellent.

AM Weight: 151

Breakfast: oatmeal, blueberries, walnuts, ff milk, black coffee
Lunch: Homemade tuna salad on whole wheat sandwich thin, baby spinach on top, 1 med. gala apple
Snack: ??
Dinner: 1 cube steak cooked with tomatoes, onion and garlic; will put that over 1/2 brown rice. Small side salad for greens.

Hi everyone else, I have to get back on here. I got an email from WebMD and they gently told me to get back with this program if I want to lose the weight and be healthy. So I better.

I haven't done too bad, I'm still at 185, so I'm holding my own. But I know I have to quit messing around and eat right.

I love reading how all you girls are doing so good. Keep up the good work.
AusGram -SW - 194; CW -185; GW -150 for now, will lower that WHEN I reach it.

Don't live life comparing yourself to everyone else.

Hello everyone!

Breakfast was 1C Kashi Go lean crisp and 3/4 C 1%milk and an orange.

Lunch was chicken breast w a couple T of sweet and sour sauce and 1 1/4C broccoli and cauliflower.

Dinner will be 1can Progresso creamy chicken w wild rice soup and a salad w romaine, carrots and mushrooms and lite dressing.

Snack will be a red apple.

Took a 40 minute walk at a local park/ woods...beautiful out there.
Rachael...under construction.

sunny and 60 that's warm for November took a walk in the morning and another in the afternoon Have to split it up because of the doggy
had an apple with peanut butter 1/2 slice banana bread
and 2 oz pistachios will have the yogurt and berries later

This am , it was raining so I didn't want to walk and get drenched.
Breakfast was
chai chia oatmeal with 1/2 a sliced banana
dark cocoa coffee and 32 oz water

Am snack 1/2 pink grapefruit

lunch
vanilla protein shake
1 med yellow delicious apple

PM gym workout
25 min recumbant bike
25 min seated nustepper
laps and 15 min of water resistance weights in the pool

dinner
5 mini corndogs w/ mustard
2 oz baked fries
12 roasted fresh green beans w/ a little olive oil and lemon pepper seasoning

Wii fitness, 20 min
Wii tennis 10 min
Wii baseball practice 10 min
(1) 4 min Tabata
