Save posts you want to continue (this includes your member profile story), so that you can re-post them in the new message boards.

    Good morning

    weigh in 150.5

    breakfast

    1/2 medium red grapefruit
    2.5 oz strawberries
    1/2 c ff milk
    1/2 c bran flakes
    1/3 c heart to heart

    1 c black coffee
    dinner today will be pork chop with onions red potato or butternut squash broccoli


    the usual fruits and nuts or a half sandwich for the evening meal

    Morning Judy and Helene and everyone else who comes later. We are headed out to Cope, CO. this morning. Big lunch coming up. Ughs! I have learned to just take a little of everything cept the salad. They always have salad which I'm thankful for.

    Steph, when my hubby does a funeral and we know where they went, it is a celebration!!
    AusGram -SW - 194; CW -185; GW -150 for now, will lower that WHEN I reach it.

    Good morning Judy! As usual Judy your food plan today looks delicious and on plan, great!! Good morning Helene, everyone! Well it's no surprise I am up 2 pounds today. Had vegetarian pizza and frozen baked french fries for late night snack after all that other off plan food yesterday...having breakfast soon.

    Blah bleck I shoulda stayed with the spinach salad only
