good morning

weigh in 150.5

breakfast

1/2 c bran flakes
1/3 c heart to heart
1/2 c ff milk
3.8 oz strawberries
1/2 grapefruit

1 c black coffee


dinner plans
baked chicken breast
spinach
brn rice with mushrooms
salad

exercise will be 2 walks one in morning another in the afternoon
we split up our 1 hour walk so we could get the doggy exercising too
my hubby walks the dog while I walk ahead at my own speed I do get more backward steps in this way each walk is approx. 35 minutes

Good morning, Judy and everyone that joins in.

Weight- back at 284.4

Breakfast was: 1/2 C oatmeal w sugar free Hershey's syrup drizzled and an orange.

Lunch will be 3 hard boiled eggs w hot sauce and baby carrots w lite blue cheese dressing.

Dinner will be 1 1/4C wheat pasta w canned diced tomatoes w garlic/ Italian seasoning. Cabbage will be a side dish. Boyfriend wants to try a new cabbage recipe.

Snack will be a Greek yogurt and a banana. That's the plan for food.

Will go to the gym and mix up my elliptical, bike and treadmill time totaling 40 minutes.

Everybody have a super day. Have fun walking the puppy dog, Judy!

I ate special K, with strawberries and 1/2 cup of whole milk
lunch ham on wheat bread, with vegg's
snacks- fruit, water, coffee

Sorry I haven't been posting food but I have been sticking to the rainbow diet and doing some exercise but not to much as it starts to get colder here my arthritis is really give me crap and a lot of stiff pain. Still trying and not giving up. Really sick right not with sinuses but still trying. HUGGS Jean

Rach, don't feel bad, I have put on 2 pounds myself. This sitting around and letting this foot heal is the pitts. I try and do exercises in my chair but it don't work. lol

So: weigh in at 187

Breakfast: 1 banana

Lunch: No clue we have to go to town again. I'll try and remember to come back here if I'm not laid up with this foot.
AusGram -SW - 194; CW -185; GW -150 for now, will lower that WHEN I reach it.

Judy, I'm jealous of your granddog! Now that I don't have Abner I'm really missing a little furry companion! guess it's time to start thinking about getting another one.

AM weight: 151.6

Breakfast: 1/2 C. old fashioned oatmeal, 5 walnut halves, blueberries, 1/4 almond milk, black coffee
Lunch: 2 leftover baked chicken strips, 2 C mixture of broccoli, carrots and cauliflower with 1 tbsp balsamic vinaigrette
Dinner: thinking about doing whole wheat pasta with homemade tomato sauce - if I don't do that it will be chicken with steamed broccoli, carrots and cauliflower

Snack: 1 med. gala apple

Study hall night so not sure if I'll have time for exercise, but will get in some walking just going across campus to class.

Hi Deb I do love the little furry doggy but looking forward to her being picked up tomorrow night the responsibility
of seeing to all her needs makes my life a bit more complicated ...she is a cover stealer when she sleeps with us LOl very adorable but glad I don't have a doggy of my own
that would take a huge commitment that I am not ready to make . vacations sure I can doggy sit but more than 2 weeks not a chance , LOL
My house is a mess with doggy toys every where

mid morning snack 7.7 oz pear 1 prune


Dinner
small chicken breast baked skin removed
1.4 C cooked spinach
1/3 C brn rice with mushrooms
a slightly smaller salad
1 C mixed greens
1/4 bell pepper yellow
1 tiny slice red onion
2 slices cuke
1 radish
1/2 roma tomato
5 olives black
1T wb robusto dressing 1 T red wine viegar


5 oz pomegranate seeds
2 C green tea with lemon

so far todat 950 cals
will maybe have a half chicken salad sandwich and some pistachios and the berries and yogurt later

water has been good today

Red- red onion, an apple, cherries, tomato slice, cherry tomatoes

Orange - clementine

Blue - blueberries

Yellow - banana

Violet - purple grapes

White - dates, mushrooms

Green - Boston lettuce, arugula, endive
