    What Do You Need to Do?

    The message board you're used to will be closing in the coming weeks. While many of your boards will be making the move to our new home, your posts will not. Want to keep a discussion going? Save posts you want to continue (this includes your member profile story), so that you can re-post them in the new message boards.

    Breakfast:

    1/2 C bran flakes
    1/3 C heart to heart
    1/4 c raisin bran PURPLE
    1/2 C ff milk
    3.4 oz strawberries RED
    2.8 oz orange Orange

    Dinner a mystery shopping today probably spinach for the green vegie I usually buy that every Tuesday

    Good morning, Judy...and everyone that comes on.

    Weight is 283.2

    Breakfast was 1 1/4C kashi Go Lean cereal, 3/4 C skim milk and an orange.

    Lunch will be 3 eggs scrambled w hot sauce and 1C lima beans.

    Dinner will be 1C brown rice, 1C diced tomatoes w 3/4 C black beans and 1C broccoli/ cauliflower.

    Snack will be a large apple.

    Will write later what my exercise will be.

    Hi Rachael and Judy,

    Breakfast was my usual: 1/2 C old fashioned oatmeal, 1tbsp. dried blueberries, 5 walnut halves chopped, 1/3 C almond milk, black coffee
    Lunch: 1 C homemade chicken barley chili
    Dinner: 1 boneless, skinless chicken breast, green beans, corn
    Snack: 1 med. gala apple

    Exercise - I hope to get a run in today!

    Dinner was tiny2.8 oz red potato Baked small chicken breast 1.4 C cooked spinach from fresh 1 C home made chicken soup with carrots and celery in it

    7.3 oz apple
    1 C green tea with fresh lemon

    2 oz pistachio nuts

    5oz raspberries and 1/4 C blueberries in 1/3 C yogurt
    with 1/2 T honey and 1/8 c great grains

    1/2 slice banana bread Now it is all gone

    4 prunes

    1 square dark chocolate

    I did my shopping today and took a nice 1 hour walk
    also drank water
    total calories for the day 1356 kinda low but not hungry today
