Good Morning

forgot to weigh in I really don't like weighing every day
my journey started with weighing once a month because I knew it would tak a long time to get the weight off.


Breakfast:

1/2 C bran flakes
1/4 C heart to heart
1/4 C raisin bran (Purple)
1/2 C ff milk

2.9 oz strawberries (Red)
3 oz orange ( orange)


Dinner today will be chicken baked again cooked spinach
maybe little red potato maybe home made soup
will be walking approx. 1 hour it is getting very chilly out there gotta bundle up

Good morning, Judy and everyone!

Weight went back up a hair to 282.2 due to eating last night after dinner. My choices weren't bad ones (butternut squash, prunes, banana and popcorn), just too much of a good thing. I find when I weigh myself everyday, it sometimes inspires me to do better that day. It's like a game I play with myself to see if I can get the scale to go back down. As long as I expect the fluctuations, I am OK.

Breakfast was 1C peanut butter cheerios, 3/4C skim milk and a banana.

Lunch will be out. It was going to be pizza and salad, but I want to do something healthier so I am going for wonton soup and steamed Chinese chicken and vegetables. Will eat 1C of the rice.

Dinner will be turkey sausage, potatoes and green peppers/ onions.

I will do the 30 minute circuit training today.

That's the plan! Everybody have a good day!

AM weight: 152

Breakfast: Oatmeal, blueberries, walnuts, almond milk, black coffee
Lunch: 1 C homemade chicken barley chili
Dinner: baked chicken tenders, broccoli and small baby spinach and spring mix salad
Snack: 1 med. gala apple

Got a walk/run in yesterday after work. Hope to do the same today in between work and study hall tonight.

Thurs. is weigh day for me. 255.0. Will continue to work at this. I've stepped up my activities to be the pool 2x a week again and knee, back and shoulder exercises 4x a week. This all helps me stay outta pain. I graduated this Tues from having to use the noodle to keep weight further off my knees to just being able to do all my water walking and exercises without the noodle.

I had one homemade poppy seed muffin 150 cal.
2 cuppa with vanilla creamers 3

Lunch: 1 wheat thin sandwich with 2 oz. turkey and honey mustard
pomegranate, grapes

dinner: ? have to thaw something out...........

its a beautiful snow here but colder than the dickens!!

My exercise will be treadmill 15 mins. and shoulder, back and knee exercises. I may also do some more deep cleaning of the house.

Hi everybody! You know me by now, I don't stay DOWN for long! Hahahaha! ( so many meanings there). I'm much happier today ))))! I did okay yesterday. I kept my calories to 1500 which is high, but there was no garbage on the menu. And I was down 1.1 lbs this morning. Only about 44 to go! Woohoo! That's a piece of CAKE! Oops.

Thanks Tweety Bird! There's no special skill involved. It's the luck of the draw. Give me something REALLY bad and I can get down with the best of 'em. But if it's only sorta bad my brain takes over and talks me out of it But I can't read music, make gravy, or speak a second language and BELIEVE ME, I've tried really hard. But I CAN lose weight and you can too so someday soon we'll both be 170 and feel pretty darned good about ourselves

Yes!!!!! I like that model you wrote out. OOOOO to be 170.
  1. I'm 5'10 and was once 140. WOWZERS I was pretty darn skinny and wore my daughters clothes. Shame on me.
  2. Don't ask me hOw I had numbers come on this silly post. I do improper typing and so my palm hits the space bar and sends the cursor all over the place and I don't know how to get rid of the no.s. So SUE ME>

I did exceptionally good today eating my rainbow tonight and eating lean. My husband just had to buy miniature candies AGAIN. he offered me some and I took 2 and 2 again. Well at least I din't have a doz.
