Good morning

weigh in 150

breakfast

1/2 C bran flakes
1/4 C each raisin bran and heart to heart
1/2 C ff milk
3 Oz orange
3.1 Oz strawberries
1 C black coffee
that's purple orange and red for my breakfast colors

Dinner plans are baked chicken breast either green beans or zucchini salad or soup

The usual evening nuts and fruits yogurt green tea

Good morning all!

AM weight 152

Breakfast: apple and whole wheat English muffin with 1/2 tsp. butter
Lunch: out with friends at one of my favorite restaurants, will have grilled chicken breast with pineapple salsa on bed of rice pilaf and steamed broccoli
Dinner: will be light due to large lunch - not sure yet what

Walked/jogged almost 4 1/2 miles this morning. First time I've run 2 of them since my surgery. Felt good when I finished! Cold out there though.

Breakfast is an apple. Got caught up in Thanksgiving plans and forgot to weigh myself before I ate it and drank my water. I was loving having an English muffin for breakfast with a little marmalade, but sure enough the weight starts up again. I have a feeling my daughter will get some good news today and as we all know, that's as good as getting it YOURSELF!

Breakfast - 3/4 cup fresh pineapple, 3/4 of a banana

10 o'clock snack - skinny, almost paper thin bagel with 1 Tb honey cream cheese.

Lunch - don't know yet. ha.

Debbie, wow, you sure got perserverance. For sure you will lose that 2 lbs by T/G if you keep going like that. WOW!

I didn't weigh today either, and it wasn't because I was caught up in T/G plans. ha ha. I just plain forgot.
AusGram -SW - 194; CW -185; GW -150 for now, will lower that WHEN I reach it.

Don't live life comparing yourself to everyone else.

I have tried to write this 3 x and I keep somehow hitting something and it disappears! dang!

i'm going to do the 2 lb. challenge and see what I can do.
I can't get around much but will try just eating limited good foods.

Way to go Debbie!! That was awesome run then!! it is cold.
i'm going to do my p.t. exercises today and see how I do. to do the back exercises I kinda need my feet so we'll see how it goes.

thanks Judy! The swelling was down in my foot this a.m. but then I've been using my walker cuz I can't use cane with left hand (shoulder is messed up) so the walker helps specially with a step.

Good morning,

a. m. exercise was 85 minute yoga class. So that makes a total of 7 full hours of exercise this week.


Breakfast was 1 whole wheat pancake, 1 thin slice bacon, .5 banana, flax

lunch was cup skim milk, .25 cup orange pepper, about 3 walnut halves, oz sunflower seeds

dinner will be home made pizza on stone with all the colored vegetables and sauce, bit of mozzarella

Boys are home for Thanksgiving break. They are happy, and tomorrow we will go to Susie's art show at the local university. Last year she placed first for her drawing.
