Judy, about your chandelier, that's more than a little worrisome. If you can tell, make sure you don't use anything else on that circuit either, until you can get a guy in to look at your wiring.
You know as well as I do that Christmas tends to put a bit more strain on the electrical circuits and there are way too many fires during this season to prove it.
Just be extra careful and get in a good guy. Make sure he checks everything out before he leaves.

Ok, back. my weigh in was a shock. boo hoo hoo! gained another stinkin pound. Back up to 188. Drats.

Guess I better walk longer then 5 mins. I'll try and make it 10 today. That might help.

My cabbage yesterday was yummy. Hey, maybe the soy sauce made me gain that other pound. You know, salt in soy sauce, water retention? maybe. oh well, I will work harder at this today.

hey Judy, I know here in Colorado there was aluminum wiring in the older homes and those can be prone for a lot of problems. Copper is what they use now here now. Wish mly electrician could help you!!

I think it's only -5 now. I told my daughter i'd get starbucks.
dumn of me but my coffee didn't perk today after 2 tries and 3 times is not a charm for me.

FIRE FIRE FIRE.....not fun! Make sure your smoke detector batteries are good before you go to sleep. Do it now! Know where your extinguisher is and how to use it. That is creepy. Of course you've thrown the breaker. I'd take that sucker right down. And I might be rather forceful on their answering machines. xxoo take care from one who KNOWS.

Hi Judy. Just curious if you got an electrician out yet. That's scary stuff.

My weight was up this AM a bit at 284.8. I went and had too much of boyfriend's pasta creation last night.

Skipped breakfast bc I was mad at myself and then found myself at a pizza buffet for lunch. Ugh.

Dinner was a mcdonalds salad w grilled chicken and topped w salsa, and I had a couple bites of beef and macaroni and cheese that the guys I work with had.

Water, water, water tonight. That's usually what I do to do something healthy for myself and want to turn things around. I sip on water while working on whatever. It keeps me from snacking. Sometimes it works.
    Rachael...under construction.

no crystals on the new one very stark and metal and glass

Well I'm glad you know what the haps is Judy. I wired a light fixture that was a hanging swag type of chandelier at my folks home. No one was there. I was doing it as a surprise. Thought it would be easy. I had to extend the wire in the chains that came from the light it self to the light outlet. Doig... Well I didn't know wat I was doing so when I plugged in the light a 2-3 ft. electrical flame came out of the outlet ..... I was really lucky that nothing including me got FIRED .......on.
