Hey guys! Looks like everyone is doing pretty well.

Kim, I'ma have to get a rubberband for my arm when I get home. I think that might help me.

I have dropped two pounds in the past two days despite some of my late night eating habits. I have been eating better during the day.

Happy Friday!

Good morning.

Weight is up at 286.0 bc of eating too much at the dinner w my Dad and his wife last night. Yesterday was 284.4. Argh!

Anyways, breakfast/ lunch was leftovers all mixed together-- carrots, sauerkraut, onions and celery w about 1/2C of roast pork mixed in.

I have a busy work day and won't get on til tonight. They are calling for more snow here in Southern PA on Saturday (we got it last Sunday and Tuesday). I would love to move south and really want to do so when I retire...that's how much I hate the snow and cold weather. I say bring on the heat and humidity; I will take it any day over the cold and ice! Sorry, am venting now!

Judy- Enjoy your grand-doggies!!

Everybody have a good day!
Rachael...under construction.

Ok, that Mexican meal did me in. I'm up one. sniff.

Weigh-In 186
Brkfst 2 cuties, 1 coffee w/c/s

Dont' know what I will have for lunch. I'll have to post it later.
I'm in pain again today. My daughter thinks its scar tissue. This been going on for 4 years now and getting worse. Once I get some of this weight off me I will head back to the doctor that did this operation and tell her how I am suffering. Untill then, I will stick it out since the CT-scan and Untra-sound didn't find anything.
AusGram -SW - 194; CW -185; GW -150 for now, will lower that WHEN I reach it.

Kali, you are gonna love this.
I was pinning again last night. You know how I am about recipes.... well, I was still wearing my rubberband. LOL
Michael asked how I stood snapping myself all the time while pinning.
Simple answer is , I don't.
It's funny, but when I'm pinning recipes, I don't actually think about the recipes as foods. I see the pics, I check that they lead to recipes, then I pin. It's no different than looking up exercise inspirational quotes to me. My mind doesn't hover over them at all. It's like playing chuzzle..... totally mindless!

Rachael, do you live close to the home you work in? I remember doing group homes when I was in my 20s and some of those were 25 miles out in the boonies.

Aus, every time you eat "cuties" I think of the witch in the Hansel and Gretel story. She ate cuties. You eat tangerines!
