Morning Rachael and Judy. Gosh, I forgot to measure yesterday. I forgot it was Monday. I was kinda like Judy, so busy I didn't take time to eat right. I didn't gain tho, I still lost a pound. But this morning when I got up, my stomach wasn't in the best of shape, I spent a lot of time in the bathroom. If you know what I mean. My stomach does not like change. I hardly ever eat cookies etc. so my stomach retaliates.

I will measure later today, right now I am just posting to say hi but have to get going here.

Good on you Keet. I never did measure. I know Kim is going to beat the poop out of me, but it's ok, I love her anyway.

Your measurements are hard to read Keet. Looks like you didn't really want to do it. Ha ha ha!

My stomach is still in not so good shape. Hope tomorrow when all the kids are here it's better.

    Merry Christmas everyone.

Hi all, we didn't do bad considering the holiday. I only gained one pound and one inch in my waist from Xmas treats on Xmas eve. About a half inch on my waist. I've did much worse all the holiday seasons long last year. I hope I will do like Judy now and get back and stay on track. Want to continue maintaining, and cut daily calories by 100 to lose the next 5 pounds! Will be nice to say I'm 35 pounds over goal!

    Happy Holidays!
