Good morning Rachael I did n;t progress much either this is a hard time of year to keep great control .. I did maintain a reasonable weight so far just not the lower numbers I expected .. Last night I was so busy during the day that I munched on cookies instead of my evening nuts and fruits and I am up 1 pound over yesterdays weight I didn't do my cut off time either and that always messes me up // today weight 151.5 breakfast 3.4 Oz orange 2 oz strawberries 1/2 C bran flakes 1/3 C heart to heart 1/2 c ff milk 1 C black coffee
Dinner plans for today Boneless skinless Chicken breast either broccoli or brussel sprouts brown rice or sweet potato salad green tea with lemon
pomegranate pistachios yogurt with berries maybe an apple with peanut butter too NO cookies Merry Christmas everyone Hugs Judy

Morning Rachael and Judy. Gosh, I forgot to measure yesterday. I forgot it was Monday. I was kinda like Judy, so busy I didn't take time to eat right. I didn't gain tho, I still lost a pound. But this morning when I got up, my stomach wasn't in the best of shape, I spent a lot of time in the bathroom. If you know what I mean. My stomach does not like change. I hardly ever eat cookies etc. so my stomach retaliates.
I will measure later today, right now I am just posting to say hi but have to get going here.

Hi all, we didn't do bad considering the holiday. I only gained one pound and one inch in my waist from Xmas treats on Xmas eve. About a half inch on my waist. I've did much worse all the holiday seasons long last year. I hope I will do like Judy now and get back and stay on track. Want to continue maintaining, and cut daily calories by 100 to lose the next 5 pounds! Will be nice to say I'm 35 pounds over goal!
