    The message board you're used to will be closing in the coming weeks. While many of your boards will be making the move to our new home, your posts will not. Want to keep a discussion going? Save posts you want to continue (this includes your member profile story), so that you can re-post them in the new message boards.

    How about a new challenge

    The hardest thing for me is to get on an exercise routine.
    It would run for 5 weeks
    I would just need the stats every day of the minutes and activity.

    I will calculate the approximate calories burned and the total minutes done by the group and individualy.

    So lest say we are 10 then our objective will be 1,500 minutes 150 minutes each or 30 minutes 5 times a week.
    I'm sure we can do this !!!

    There are 10 weeks till the first day of spring.

    I would like to start Friday so get you plan for next week ready.

    Tomorrow I have a Dr appointment to get the result of my ultrasound. Please make a wink up there for me that all is negative.
