Save posts you want to continue (this includes your member profile story), so that you can re-post them in the new message boards.

    Hiya,
    My name is Rachel and I'm a new member here. I joined this lovely group because I was hoping for some extra support and motivation. I'm working on losing weight and I have lost weight but I still have a lot to go. I've been struggling to focus on smaller goals and feeling a bit overwhelmed with how much I have left to lose. Anyone else here have this problem? All advice is welcome.

    You rock loosing 44 pounds is like 2 two year old child. Try now to carry a kid on each are all your life. This is great.
    Like Judy says you are flirting with Onederland can't wait to celebrate with you.
    Take weight lost as building you house. Short term goals add up quite fast. They are stepping stones to a well built body. That will stand for years to come.

    Adding my welcome too!! Come a long with us, we even have some fun now and then. LOL
    AusGram -SW - 194; CW -185; GW -150 for now, will lower that WHEN I reach it.
