    1/2 C bran flakes
    1/3 C heart to heart
    1/2 C ff milk
    1 C black coffee


    shopping today to get some fresh vegies for weekend
    Dinner plans are steak mushrooms Baked potato ff sour cream
    brussel sprouts side salad




    the usual afternoon and evening stuff
    green tea pomegranate yogurt berries nuts


    will take a walk after shopping we got a skimmer of snow this morning I think the new media calls that a dusting
    I should do my weights sometime today if I can fit it in

    Good morning, Judy and Helene and everyone.

    AM weight- 287.0

    This morning I had a leftover salad (cauliflower, peppers, onion, tomatoes, carrots, olives, spinach, romaine and bacon bits) with Balsamic and added a can of tuna with mayo. Also had a small orange. (This was my dinner last night, and I was proud of myself for stopping when I was full instead of finishing it just to finish it.last night.)

    Lunch will be brown rice, kidney beans and rotel tomatoes and an apple with cinnamon and sweetener.

    I have NO IDEA on dinner. There will be no intentional exercise today. Am giving my knees and feet a break!

    Btw, I am setting a weekend goal to get to 285 again by Monday. This may help keep the group home munchies at bay and motivate me to be more active there!

    Breakfast:
    Whole What Bagel Thin
    2 tbs fresh low sugar lemon curd
    1 pear

    Morning Snack:
    8 ounces of 1% milk with 2 tbs of chia seeds

    Lunch:
    2 cups shredded lettuce
    3 oz. ground turkey
    1/2 cup green beans
    1 cup brown rice
    5 yellow corn tortilla chips

    Afternoon Snack:
    Orange
    1/2 Pink Lady Apple

    Dinner:
    2 slices cauliflower pizza
    2 cups corn
    small salad with tomato

    I have some bananas that are going brown, so I'm going to try out a new banana and chia seed muffin recipe this evening.

    Breakfast - English muffin, peach butter, 2 clementines, 1 Cup of Roma

    Lunch - ? It's snowing so it better be warm, maybe soup and an apple

    Dinner - chicken breast, Brussels sprouts, carrots, baked potato or yam, smoothie.

    I'm trying to make a plan at the beginning of the day, more like what Judy does.

    Breakfast: oatmeal, blueberries, walnuts, almond milk, black coffee
    Lunch: Tuna salad, 1 slice whole wheat bread, clementine
    Snack: ???
    dinner: ????

    I'm playing bridge late this afternoon and I know the hostess will have snacks - not sure what else so I'm leaving my afternoon snack and dinner open. Will stay on plan as far as calories though. Christmas weight finally coming down and I don't want to blow it!!

    As some of you know from FB, I adopted a dog yesterday. I'm not changing my screenname, because I'll never forget Abner, but this little ball of fire I got is winning my heart already! She needs lots of exercise which is just the pet I need.

    Hey everyone, nice bunch of ladies today.

    Weigh-In 186

    Brkfst - 1/2 cup fresh pineapple, 1 banana, 1 cup of coffee w/c/s

    Lunch - soup. I got this recipe from a friend in my email so I am going to try it, its chicken soup, but made differently. If its good I will post it on here.

    I'm a huge animal lover. One of my motivations for getting healthier is because I train my dogs to compete in agility but I haven't been able to actually compete because I'm afraid of not being able to keep up. Of course, that is also how I broke my leg.... If I can't do it for myself, I can do it for my furbabies.

    Well the plan is already awry, but I suppose flexibility is important too. I couldn't find any containers of soup in the freezer but I did find a small container of chili from last winter. I was getting ready to eat that when my DH came in and wanted it too. Sooo, I split it, but to make enuf for lunch I put the chili on a hamburger roll like a sloppy joe for each of us. Hmmmm. Not happy about that roll. I had a small apple too, but to add to my grumpiness, it was frozen inside because my crisper is always too cold. Grump grump grump! It was like chewing on frozen applesauce!

    My dinner was a 12" double turkey Subway sub w all the veggies and a drizzle of the southwest sauce. Also had 2 cookies. I will live with that if I only have an orange for snack.

    Well I sort of stuck to the plan except chili for soup and add a roll. Dinner was as planned except 1 c mashed potatoes for the baked. Snack was 6 low salt triscuits. Calories- 1454 which is too many I think
