I made over the weekend this good for us cookie:
no flour
1 c. peanut butter(I used crunchy)
1 c. honey
1 T. cinnamon
1 egg
1 t. baking soda
mix pb with honey, mix egg in, add cinnamon and then baking soda.
drop by spoonfuls on an 11x13 cookie sheet with a lip
350 degree oven (im hi altitude) so I cooked for 12 mins and they didn't get done recipe calls for 10 mins. they are suppose to be cruchy I think 15 mins. for hi altitude will work so adjust cooking times accordingly

Hi tweet I would call the banana yellow that's an interesting recipe I cannot see how they could be crunchy with no real dry ingredients in it just baking soda is that a teaspoon or a table spoon

I overslept today! Never a good way to start out....

Breakfast:
Bagel thing with 3 tbs low fat cream cheese

Lunch:
Vegetarian flat bread (tomato, onion, and spinach)

Dinner:
Not really sure... late night class... so I'll probably heat up whatever happens to be in my fridge at work and a ton of fruit....
I'm thinking: 2 small pork chops, 1 pear, 1 apple before class, and 1 apple at our break, maybe an orange

I couldn't wait til lunch and had 2 slices of cheese and 2 peanut butter eggs.

Lunch was a grocery store produce bar salad w romaine, carrots, peppers, mushrooms, onions, olives and chicken w light blue cheese dressing. I also had a bowl of Progresso lentil soup.

Dinner was venison and sliced onions in the crock pot w bbq sauce and a medley of broccoli, carrots, cauliflower and lima beans.

In all I am happy w my day except the Reese's eggs. I have stuck with my cut off for 3 days in a row if I stick w it today.

Well I saw the finished product and it was crunchy. The edges were crunchy on the one I made I just think I didn't bake it long ago. I dunno. i'm not a baker but I am a heckava cook.

I'll try it again with oats tho.

I'm having a really hard time trying to eat right and I haven't weighed since last time I weighed in here. I def feel I have gained weight. Tomorrow I get to do it to a better way... I don't want to practice anymore I just wanna do!

Ive been emotionally eating cuz my husband has been having nerveracking physical things happen mostly due to ageing.
*sigh*
for lunch I had taco bell 1 bean burrito, 1 chicken hard taco, 1 diet coke
I had way to much caffeine today...
dinner tonight was leftovers from dinner last night
I had a poblano pepper stuffed with grilled chick,& corn relish,
1 activia w/ fresh bberries and fresh raspberries

jis4judy replied to parakeet210's response:
try it with 1/2 Cup uncooked oats
and see if it has more body to it that would add 150 more calories to the whole recipe but I think you might have more cookies so it could be the same or less per cookie
