My leg has gone numb again, so I'm afraid to do too much. I broke my fibula and tore my meniscus in June and apparently did some pretty significant nerve damage. I don't have feeling on the exterior of my leg (so if I touch my skin I can't feel it) but there is usually some sensation in the muscle and tissue below the skin. Every now and then something will twist out of place and I lose more sensation than normal. Today is one of those days.

So, no yoga today and no extra stairs. I'm doing good to walk back and forth between my parking lot and the building without falling flat on my face. I do plan to go swimming later tonight. So, we'll say 30 minutes of water jogging, 30 minutes swimming.

I'm going to try and take a walk today. don't know how long as i'm hurting this morning and for the 3rd consecutive nite, I did not sleep.

I can't stress enough to listen to your body !!! Do not push yourself. There is no hurry. We are not going anywhere. Today all the injured must take it easy I would say even for a few days.


I would say less is more.


I will just do my usual stretching and tai chi getting use to it. And starting to be able to move a bit more you should see me with my legs apart trying to bend on one side I thing I must move only 1 inch but it is 1 inch more then last week. So I'm happy with that.
