    Good morning
    forgot to weigh this morning probably a good thing since I did my weight lifting yesterday and that always makes the scale jump a little higher.


    Breakfast was
    a decadent peanut butter oatmeal with just a little banana and dark chocolate on top a small 2.6 orange 1 cup black coffee




    Dinner plan is
    baked chicken breast
    sweet potato
    brussel spouts
    side salad




    My exercise will be on the recumbent bike and I plan to do a lot of jumping jacks we have very icey conditions out there today ...


    I did some housework yesterday too scrubbing nasty spots off my carpet ,,I had no idea there were so many of them

    Hi Aus I never eat while watching football I just allow water to drink because all the yelling at the tv leaves me dry LOL

    Breakfast - English muffin, peach butter, clementine, 1 cup of Roma

    Lunch - turkey salad, lettuce, tomato on rye, small apple

    Dinner - Hamburger, 1 slice American cheese, 6 grape tomatoes, red onion, mushrooms, romaine

    Snack - 4 dates, 8 cashews

    Calories - 1240

    tons of water as usual
    1 large cup cinnamon hot tea

    Hope your feel better soon. Did you have indigestion or do you have a cold.


    If it is indigestion, I see that you like your food with alot of flavors. I don't use much spices. Did you start to eat something that you never ate before?


    I like a light soup or even cream of wheat when my stomach is upset.
    No coke do you know that you can use this to unblock your sink. The one that is good is gingerale or even sparkling water.

    I've finally found the culprit to what I've been ingesting and so I'm going to stay away from it! Wat a dork I am!

    Ginger is soothing to stomach! You're the second one who told me this in a couple days. Thanks.

    I actually have Zofran and it didn't much help yesterday.
    I was miserable till evening.
