    well yesterday I did tons of housework rode the bike got only 16 jumping jacks My Patriots were a big disappointment they were dominated completely by the Broncos from the start of the game
    I will have to wait for next year


    I hope you al had a great weekend


    Oh today I plan to get a walk in sunny and mild before the freezing temps arrive tonight

    I had breakfast mesured everything and when right away on Fitday to log. I had to do a refresher course on quantity. LOL

    Good morning! It couldn't get grayer and more ominous looking than it does today. Is it too early to start counting the days til spring? Well last week was a bust. I didn't lose any weight. I don't want to waste my time with weeks like that and I need to find a way to resist overeating in times of stress. I knew I ate from boredom, but it really showed me how emotions derail my eating plan. Maybe I need to live alone in a hut far far away from my loved ones when they are exuding DRAMA! I'm also going to start reporting my weight. It's been too painful to see but what the heck, it may help and I need all the help I can get. So here goes..

    Weight - 218.6

    Breakfast - English muffin, peach butter, clementine, cup of Roma

    The Plan - lunch will be soup and half a sandwich and an apple, dinner will be chicken, yam and broccoli. Snacks will be limited to dried fruit and a few nuts.

    Good Morning everyone. I overslept. But that's ok, no big plans for the day. I messed my hair up tho sleeping on it wrong. ha ha ha. Now, isn't that important. NOT! ha ha!

    Weigh-In 187 Gahh, I can't get off that.

    Brkfst - 2 tangerines, 1 banana, 1 cup of joe w/c/s

    Lunch, left overs. which are, chicken enchiladas. They are small and I load them with lettuce. So, kinda like a salad.

    Judy, unfortunately, I didn't make that fruit butterfly yestereday. We were at Cope yesterday so didn't even get to see the game. Booo! ha. Sorry Judy that your Patriots lost. I'm going to go buy me a Bronco shirt. Ha.

    Sorry Kathy your having such a tough time. Drama in the house does not help when your struggling with a weight problem. Wish I could make it better for you. But keep trying you don't want to get sick or weigh double what you are now.
    And by the way, 218 ain't so bad, just keep posting and you will see it come down. You can catch me and pass me cause I'll be at 186-187 now till dooms day. ha ha ha! Hope not, but looks that way so far. Hang in there girl, love you!!

    yes ausie that was a tough loss it looked like the real Patriots didn't show up the Broncos did play better I watched every minute of it

    Wow Helene now that's getting down to brass tacks. Good for you!

    Kathy that's why i'm putting my weight in a couple times a week too. Being accountable. When I think i'm hungry and I've already eaten or its not time for a real snack I have a suglar free jello and it really HELPS. I get them at my grocery store and they come in a small flat of about 18 individual servings. I don't always catch myself but it's helped me wenh

    I couldn't believe either how Pats were not challenging to my broncos. Weird. Sure hope the broncos win the superbowl tho.
    IMO I don't think seahawks are a very respectable group of men overall and even if it weren't my team (seahawks) I would want Broncos.

    Today for me:
    I didn't weigh but I can tell I've lost.
    brk: protein toast, 1/2 tsp honey
    2 coffee, 2 1/2 n 1.2
    1 apple

    lunch: will be a turkey w/ swiss on wheat thin sandwich
    and blueberries and raspberries
    maybe activia depending on how I feel

    dinner: brkfast burrito, fruit? of somekind.
    I might have a salad?

    Update on the food


    had 2 slice of raisin bread and butter for snack. no yogurt nor apple. lunch was the same.


    so I took off the popcorn and butter for the evening


    kept my yogurt and grapefruit


    doing that brought my calories to 1205 work in progess


    Ho my weight this morning was 197.6

    Kathy, you have to laught at me I have to look up the translation quite often with your comments and I thank you. I learn a new word every day.


    Well ominous scary !!! By the spring is in 9 weeks so you have a few weeks to get your act together. But I decided not to wait to long and start know will see tomorrow but today is ok.


    Now drama, Is it your drama, is there blood on the floor is everyone in a secure place. Then it is there drama. I'm a scorpio so I tend to be very quite when there is drama or explosions in the house. It usualy blow over and I don't have to get involved.


    On another subject I made myself a foot care morning feels so good. Everyone should try it. All you need is a bucket to put your feet in hot water with a few drops of scent and listen to old french songs or whatever you like.

    salad with mixed greens 1 slice red onion 3 slices cuke 1 radish 1/4 of bell pepper yellow 6 black olives 1 Italian tomato
    1 T wishbone robusto 1 T red wine vinegar


    2 C green tea with lemon


    5 oz pomegranate


    7.1 oz apple
    1.66 T natural peanut butter


    2 oz pistachios


    1 slice pumpermickle bread
    1.3 oz chicken breast
    4 slice dill pickle




    1/3 C chobani greek fat free yogurt
    2/3 C sliced strawberries
    1/4 C blueberries
    1/8 c great grains cereal
    1/2 T honey


    2 squars 85% dark chocolate




    water thru the day


    Did do my walk today 1 Hour 3.5 miles

    I had the activia only for snack

    dinner: 1 breakfast burrito and salsa
    like last night
    and 1/4 of banana, blue berries, thawed bing cherries, raspberries, lo fat lo cal redi whip whipped cream
    a few mixed nuts

    I had a headache and then I ate the fruit and its gone. Is that weird or what?

    I love fruits I eat more fruit than vegies that has to do with my sweet tooth
