Today I will put together our achevemment for the last 2 weeks.


I can tell you even before doing it that you and I did a great job of getting of our butts. I could not have done it without each and every one.

Taking day off from intentional exercise. Busy week here, daughter school off for inclement weather temps and snow etc. My work hours are changing Sunday from 5-9pm to 9am-2pm. This was a coup as company needed more day staff that do what I do, and though I am newest permanent hire, many peers didn't qualify! Yay! I'll continue to exercise daily of course.

I will try to ride the bike again today it will be easier on my foot
looks like it is a nice dry day for walking too but walking on pavement seems to irritate my foot I will baby it for a few days
I did get my shopping done that's a huge plus

Kathy you did 100 leg lifts?! Excellent as I can do 10.
do you hold each leg lift to the count of ten? I do.
That's what they recommend for part of my p.t.

I did my knee and back p.t.
Cleaned the house some and also did laundry which now puts me in a good amount of back and knee pain.... I buzzed around walking from den to office which is 60' each way apx. and made 25 trips back and forth combined. I was going to vacuum for my dh as tomorrow is his birthday, but now I don't know if I can physically.
