Good morning
no weigh in today
it is probably up again due to the weight lifting yesyerday
Breakfast
1/2 C bran flakes
1/3 C heart to heart
2.5 oz strawberries
3.6 oz orange
1/2 c ff milk
1 C black coffee




I plan to take a walk today


dinner plans are Baked chicken breast
tiny red potato broccoli
side salad


green tea with lemon
the usual evening fruits and nuts

I'm having tired n pain and still can not get around after yesterday's standing. I gotta case of the fudge it's. Me n hubby worked ourselves to the bone yesterday. I had a piece of cheesecake for brkfst boo hiss. There r two brownies in fridge that Dh bought. 3/4 coffee n 1 1/2&1/2

I best be good the rest of day

Lunch - hamburger-no bun, rice, veggies
supper - cereal w/fruit & 1/2 c milk.

It was suppose to snow to last night. what a joke. We got a whole dusting. oh well, made it too wet to walk outside, so treadmill today.
AusGram -SW - 194; CW -185; GW -150 for now, will lower that WHEN I reach it.

Lunch will be ham salad, and dinner will be clucking again. Does anybody notice that I haven't had a Larabar this year? They are sitting over there looking at me but I've resisted.

Hi all,

Anna Mae got her first walk on our Greenway yesterday. She's so tiny that I was afraid of letting her walk too far. I walked 2 miles and she walked maybe 1 with me carrying her the other 1. Wish the weather would stay like it was yesterday, but back in the deep freeze again today.

Breakfast: the usual - oatmeal, etc.
Lunch: chicken barley chili
Dinner: Chicken breast, broccoli, carrots and cauliflower steamed
Snack: medium gala apple

Snacks - 3 whole wheat crackers, 100 cal popcorn, pistaschios, 2 small pieces dark chocolate
