    The message board you're used to will be closing in the coming weeks. While many of your boards will be making the move to our new home, your posts will not. Want to keep a discussion going? Save posts you want to continue (this includes your member profile story), so that you can re-post them in the new message boards.

    After 2 weeks

    The activities where Walking, A lot of leg lifts, Bicycle, Phys therapy, Aerobics, Elliptical, Yoga, Weights, Ball exercises, Wood Staking, Stretching, Zumba, Crunch's…, dog obedience class, and of course dog walking, Swimming laps, water jogging, water aerobics, Tai chi, and A LOT OF SWEATING
    Angel, Ausgram, Judy, Debbie, Helene, Keet, Kali, Kathy, Laura, Rachael, Rachel, Sheri, Tweety And all that I know does exercises every day!!!!

    Some stats
    Week 1 Minutes reported 2,310 for 16,898 calories burned
    Week 2 Minutes reported 1,752 for 9,915 calories burned
    Week 3 has started a little slow

    last week was a fail for me exercise wise (besides the yoga night). I'm going to be folding laundry tonight for sure. not sure what else I can get in. I think DH and I have a movie night planned tonight with my parents.
