    Good Morning
    I woke up to a dusting of snow today just enough to cover up an ice that maybe out there Looks like it is the bike in the basement again
    maybe I will do the weight lifting too


    weight 153.5


    Breakfast
    just like yesterday
    a bit more strawberries and a slightly bigger orange


    1/2 c bran flakes
    1/3 c heart to heart
    1/2 c ff milk
    3.6 oz strawberries
    4.2 oz orange
    1 cup of black coffee


    Dinner to day will be pork chop onions baked beans in tomato sauce or a baked russet potato asparagus and a salad


    2 c green tea with lemon


    pistachios


    yogurt and berries


    that's the plan for today

    Morning!

    Had a egg/cheese/sausage breakfast sandwich this morning. Woke up a little late.

    Had yoga for an hour yesterday and I'm a little bit sore this morning. I'll probably be a lot more sore tomorrow night.

    i'm having the protein toast with honey this a.m.

    Probably something substantial for lunch and I won't have dinner till between 8-9:30 p. tonight. Xmas present is dolly takin me to a Chinese cooking class. EXCITED!

    Hope everything is good n fresh I think this weekend the 2nd is Chinese new year

    Awakened to the same weight as yesterday, 216.4. That's a victory as far as Im concerned Got two sticks at the doctor's office, b-12 and the pneumonia shot now that I'm a senior. It would be great if it worked!

    Breakfast - English muffin, peach butter, clementine, cuppa Roma

    The Plan - trying to decide whether to eat the leftover fajita fixin's from the other night. Either that or a sandwich and an apple of course. Dinner, I feel like eggs, but DH is allergic so it depends on what he wants.

    Yea Kali for the Yoga, soo healthy . The cooking class sounds like fun...Gentlemen, rev your woks!

    I'd like to suggest that we keep noting our exercise as Helene started, but do it here like Kali did this morning. It seems more efficient. Does anyone like a separate post better?

    Morning all, I'm in a rush this morning. I set our date with the grandbabies for 1 but now Carl wants to go early so he can get a hair cut, visit a few stores, like sears, homedepot, ughs!!!!!

    Weigh-In 188 boo hoo I gained. Can't understand that either. I didn't eat much at all yesterday.

    Brkfast - 1 banana - 1 cup joe w/c/s

    Lunch, At Rosies. with the grandbabies. Yooohooo!

    supper - cereal probably.

    Exercise, hopfully walk outside, suppose to be 55 or 60 today again.

    I'm with you Kathy, one post is good for me. But what ever the girls like, I'm flexible. ha
    AusGram -SW - 194; CW -185; GW -150 for now, will lower that WHEN I reach it.

    Breakfast: bel it's blueberry bars Lunch: birthday lunch for co-worker at Italian restaurant, had pasts with marinara Diner: ham sandwich with baby spinach and side of baby carrots

    Supposed to be above freezing tomorrow. Hope to get my lazy butt out for more than a quick potty walk with with Anna Mae. This southern gal is a wuz.

    dinner was Porkchop with onions
    3.6 oz russet potato baked 1.5 T ff sour cream
    15 small asparagus spears
    salad with mixed greens cuke yellow bell pepper tomato 6 black olives 1 thin slice red onion


    2 C green tea with lemon


    4.5 oz pomegranate


    6.9 oz apple
    1 t peanut butter


    2 oz pistachios in shell edible yield


    1/2 c chobani ff yogurt plain
    1/2 T honey
    1/8 C great grains
    1 cup sliced strawberries
    1/3 C blueberries




    I did the bike today 20 minutes 5.4 miles
    lifted weights 22 minutes


    It is supposed to be nicer tomorrow so I should be able to get my walking done did some housework today too

    Lunch - ham salad and romaine on rye, apple

    Dinner - 2 chicken fajitas with avocado, green peppers, onion and tomato slices

    Snack - 100 cal microwave popcorn, 3 whole wheat crackers, 3 small pieces dark chocolate

    Calories - 1607

    I'll do arm weight exercises tonight for 20 minutes
