Good morning


weigh in 155
Breakfast
2.5 oz strawberries
2 oz orange
1/2 C bran flakes
1/4 C raisin bran
1/2 c ff milk
1 C black coffee




plan for today I will be making Beef stew that will have mushrooms potato carrots onions in it I will have a salad to go with it
not sure if I will bake rolls too last time I did not




I am on my last box of my special green tea that I really like it will no longer be available I will miss that and get used to other teas I guess
I am a creature of habit and it will be hard to change that
but here I am writing it down makes my nervous self aware of the change needed


This is something that I find hard to deal with as I get older that some things disappear and are not available anymore Like favorite places to shop or go out to eat ,,,not to mention family disappearing I lost quite a few of them last year maybe this is what is bothering me that fuels the extra food indulgences that keeps me from getting rid of that Christmas weight I keep telling myself that at least you aren't gaining more but that just the next step if I don't face up to what's in my head giving me the Hungry horrors

I lost many immediate relatives 8 thru 12 years ago and farther back when I was younger. loss is extremely difficult.

I'll say some prayers for u Judy and Kathy and BB.

I'm up to 258.4.

This breakfast:
1 c. raisin bran and 1/2 cup ff milk
1 cuppa n 1/2 n 1/2

more than likely I will have a wheat thin sandwich with turkey
raspberries and blueberries w/ 1 or 2 cuties
depending on how hungry I get. I've been gorging myself!!
and get so sick......

Morning everyone.

I had a yoplaight light peach yogure this morning and a chia squeeze thing - blackberry bliss flavor. It was this weird drink?? thing that my mom got from the store.

I have two clementines to eat today, about a cup of baby carrots, a cup of cooked mixed veggies, and i will have 1/4 to 1/2 cup of energy blend stuff from costco (edamame, cranberries, almonds, and pumpkin kernels). Weird day for food for me. I know.

Kali, what on Earth is a chia squeeze thing?? Was it good? Is it something that is aimed at mommies of picky eaters? Like those "go-gurts" (squeezy yogurts for kids)....that's what it sounds like.... does your mom think you are lacking in proteins or something? Have you become a picky eater since I last tuned in???

yes, it's really me.

I have been patiently waiting for most of the household to awaken so that I can have my smoothie. This has been an uphill battle for me. I want my smoothie first thing and yet my MB(magic bullet) is so loud that it awakens people from their blessedly sound sleep... which I'm eternally jealous of...
and, no, I cannot "pre make" my smoothies then refridgerate them. The reason I enjoy them is when made fresh, I can taste all of the seperate ingredients, blueberries, spinach, kale, peppers, zucchini.... et al... rather than the flavors "melding" into one big.... blah. lol
I have certainly found that fresh is best when it comes to my "mixes"....
1/2 c oj
1/2 c H2O
2 fistfuls of frozen spinach/kale
1/2 c frozen blueberries
1/4 small frozen avocado
1/3 small zucchini
my rule of thumb for these is always to have 1-2 more veggie than fruit ingredients to keep it lower in natural sugars.

No, I haven't become a picky eater. lol. My mom got them for my little sister who is being a "vegetarian." She is in junior in high school and my mom was trying to find things with protein that she will eat. She doesn't like beans. Anyways, I don't think she likes them because they've been sitting in the opened box for a while now. I thought it was pretty good. Kind weird - different texture, ya know? But good.

Well, Kathy, guess what, I got a solution to your Hungry Horrors. I read about it in Womans Day Magizine yesterday. it says: "when you feel the urge to eat something and your not hungry, move. Get out of where your at or go for a short walk, it will leave you." What do you think? Give it a try.

Brksft - 1 apple, 2 coffee, 1 toast, 1 egg, 2 bacons and 1/2 slice of cheese.

Lunch: tv dinner

Supper: Oatmeal cereal with blackberries
AusGram -SW - 194; CW -185; GW -150 for now, will lower that WHEN I reach it.

Don't live life comparing yourself to everyone else.

Hello all!

Kim, Glad to see ya! We missed you (but I am sure you know that).

Breakfast was the usual- diced apple in oatmeal w 1.5 C skim milk w sugar free chocolate syrup.

Lunch was light bc breakfast was so late...just a light yogurt and celery and hummus.

Dinner will be wheat pasta w diced tomatoes, peppers, black beans and taco seasonings mixed in.

I hope to do my walking exercise DVD today.

A few potatoes, scrambled eggs, white onion, green chili homemade, and salsa (these were frozen so I can't remember exactly what I put in them but they're good!)
