    What Do You Need to Do?

    The message board you're used to will be closing in the coming weeks. While many of your boards will be making the move to our new home, your posts will not. Want to keep a discussion going? Save posts you want to continue (this includes your member profile story), so that you can re-post them in the new message boards.

    2.3 Oz strawberries
    1/4 c honey oats
    1/2 C bran flakes


    1 C black coffee




    plan for the day


    pork chop with onions
    baked Potato
    broccoli
    side salad




    green tea


    fruit yogurt and pistachio nuts for the evening


    water though out the day

    Good morning everyone!!

    Breakfast for me today was a jimmy dean breakfast croissant sandwich. I had trouble falling asleep last night and my husband made this for me for breakfast. It's going to be a long tired day for me.
