Good morning Kim and Judy, and everyone that comes on!

Weight was 300.8.
Breakfast was diced medium apple in oatmeal and milk with sugar free chocolate syrup.

Lunch will be out w Will-- a 6 oz sirloin and 2 vegetable skewers. Will have peanuts they serve at the table too. We already agreed to say "no bread" when we are seated so we aren't tempted by the rolls.

Dinner will be 8oz chicken thighs in enchilada sauce w brown rice. And a salad w romaine, carrot, mushroom and grape tomato w lite blue cheese dressing.

Exercise will be a 35 minute combo of the bike and treadmill at planet fitness.

I hope you all are having a good day!

Hey everyone. Didn't weigh myself this morning. I had a late-ish night snack. I felt like I was hungry and I had already had a lot of water.

Anyways, I knew that would throw off the scale, so I skipped today.

Still sick-ish. I went to sonic for breakfast - which I don't do. I don't go to fast food places and get breakfast. I can probably count on one hand the number of times that I have done that.

Anyways, I got a medium strawberry shake and a breakfast burrito. The burrito had the protein to keep me full. The milkshake was to soothe my throat. It helped a lot. I don't like carbonated things and I didn't have the time or ingredients to do my own breakfast smoothie - that'll probably change in about 3 weeks.

So not the best morning, but I did consider getting the large shake and talked myself out of it. I don't think I could have eaten that much - but I would have definitely eaten more than the medium size if I had gotten it.
