Hey everyone. Didn't weigh myself this morning. I had a late-ish night snack. I felt like I was hungry and I had already had a lot of water.

Anyways, I knew that would throw off the scale, so I skipped today.

Still sick-ish. I went to sonic for breakfast - which I don't do. I don't go to fast food places and get breakfast. I can probably count on one hand the number of times that I have done that.

Anyways, I got a medium strawberry shake and a breakfast burrito. The burrito had the protein to keep me full. The milkshake was to soothe my throat. It helped a lot. I don't like carbonated things and I didn't have the time or ingredients to do my own breakfast smoothie - that'll probably change in about 3 weeks.

So not the best morning, but I did consider getting the large shake and talked myself out of it. I don't think I could have eaten that much - but I would have definitely eaten more than the medium size if I had gotten it.
