Hi Judy. So happy for your continued health and that the mammo was clean.

Hi everyone that comes on.

Weight is up due to my eating too much after my cut off, but another healthy day is planned. I try.

Breakfast was diced apple in oatmeal and chocolate skim milk.

Lunch will be cottage cheese and orange. And carrots/ tomatoes in hummus.

Dinner will probably be salmon cakes and Lima beans and a green salad w lite Oriental dresing.

I am pretty happy with my breakfast--it's a healthy comfort food that keeps me full til lunchtime. I am going to try to keep my lunches the same for a while and just change up my dinners. Lunches will be cottage cheese and a fruit, and veggies in hummus. I look forward to breakfast, knowing what I will have etc. We will see how that works with lunches

You all have a really good day..

Everybody have a good
Rachael...under construction.

Brkfst - 1 orange, 1 cup joe

Lunch - lots of raw veggies, we are going to the Golden Corral.

supper, just cereal or yogurt

I went to bed last night starving and tossed and turned still hungry. I hate that. I did walk my mile yesterday.
