Good Morning, Good Morning! I'm channeling Debbie Reynolds today.

Breakfast - smoothie of banana, cherries, blueberries, pomegranate juice, 1/2 c dry cereal. I just felt like I needed some more fruit. It was like I could taste the vitamins going down.

For lunch I think pea soup, and for dinner chicken breast, yam and veggie. I went to bed hungry last night and woke up the same way, even tho I had dinner. I need to get used to that for a while!

Good morning my dears!!! Rah rah rah cis boom bah!! Go ladies! Go ladies! Can we do it!! Yes we can!! Fight fight fight those evil food temptations!!!

I'm back to my regular work week food pretty much. I didn't have any blackberries yesterday so I had an apple and peanut butter instead. Since I had to go to the store for a few things I got a chicken salad sandwich on wheat and splurged on a container of green olives, which I love. So far today I've had one yogurt, blackberries and some pistachios. For lunch I'm going to have a cup of cottage cheese, some baby cucumbers and my V8. I'll probably get some kind of salad for dinner. I did finish the other half of Subway sandwich Sunday night and before I went to bed my sugar was good and it was good yesterday morning too. It feels good to be back on track after the pizza

It looks like everyone is doing well with their food choices with some pounds lost. Go team!!! Stay focused!! We can and will do it!!

I think one thing that helps - it really helps me feel better - is that Spring is quickly approaching and there is more sunlight which can brighten our moods and give us hope.

I'm still tired from losing that hour by springing forward. I wish I was in Arizona - they don't believe in daylight savings time. I was told it has something to do with the Just kidding. That's what my cousins and I used to tell people. It was fun seeing the looks on out-of-staters faces when we told them that. We were such rabble

Well my cottage cheese was only half a cup and it didn't taste as good as I wanted it to - it wasn't my usual brand. My baby cucumbers were the bomb though.

    rohvannyn replied to bigred53's response:
I love not having Daylight Saving Time! It doesn't even help farmers, as is commonly thought, and these days it just causes problems. As an Arizonan, I don't have to deal with it.

Except... I do! I work at a place that has to serve the whole country, so my shift changes twice a year to match everybody ELSE! So the rest of you folks need to give it up too. Kidding, kidding... partly... ha ha..
