Well it's taken a lot of days to get 0.2 lbs off, but I'll take what I can get and hope I don't bounce back up. DS coming for the day but I do NOT plan to take my calories up. I know consistency has to pay off in the end. I just need one pound a week and think how great I'll feel in a year!

    Breakfast - 1 1/2 c dry cereal, clementine

The plan is up in the air for lunch but if I eat more than usual, I'll have eggs for dinner since that is on the lower calorie side.

Have a great food day everyone!

Good Morning!! Go Kathy!! Go Kathy!! Every little bit brings you closer to your goal and all those little bits add up!!!

My son and I went out to dinner last night. I had their pepper steak with a dry baked potato and dinner salad with blue cheese. It was a small steak - maybe six ounces, covered with sauted green bell peppers, onions, mushrooms and tomatoes. It also came with a piece of garlic bread. I also had a glass of wine and a scoop of ice cream. My personal NSV is that I DIDN'T clean my plate!!! I also discovered that I didn't miss the butter and sour cream on the potato. As long as I have salt and pepper I'm good to go.

Back to the usual today - yogurt, coffee, pistachios, canned chicken and V8 and something light for dinner. I'm supposed to go to a meeting this evening but I'm not feeling it I'd much rather have a nice long visit with my bed...lol

Have a fabulous and healthy day my warrior princesses!!

Hi Judy, Aus, Keet, Kathy and Michelle. I just wanted to let you guys know that I will be taking a break from this site for a couple weeks (maybe a little more) to try to get myself together. You all know I have been struggling and have not been very consistent. I just want to try a few things on my own...and then if it works I will come back and post to help others that may be in the same boat. You weight warriors on this site are in my heart and prayers.
    Rachael...under construction.

Food for the day was as planned but when I finished dinner had the HH's so I had a coco pop with some cinnamon peanut butter which brought my total calories to 1113.
