    Exciting News for WebMD Members!

We've been busy behind the scenes building new message boards for you. You'll have new and easier ways to find messages, connect with others, and share your stories.

And, this will all be available on your smartphone or other mobile device!

What Do You Need to Do?

The message board you're used to will be closing in the coming weeks. While many of your boards will be making the move to our new home, your posts will not. Want to keep a discussion going? Save posts you want to continue (this includes your member profile story), so that you can re-post them in the new message boards.

Keep an eye here and on your email inbox, we'll be back in touch soon to give you all the information you need!

    Good Morning Sweeties,
Have to say "I'm feeling pretty darned good!"
Attitude better and I think that's what I'll state as my Champion Challenge for this was, since I started late and joined without permission

I'm "fessin up" and moving forward today. I haven't posted my weight for some time because it hurts and I didn't want to take responsibility for my actions. I had been self medicating with food and my self loathing got the best of me
Well, f--k that! (pardon my French).... so , onward....
I repounded a grand total of 23 lbs. and it shows.
Beginning of this week, when I finally awoke from my stupor, 198
    Today, 195.4
Been eating a bit better, a bit lighter and have again started using my gym membership. I haven't gone back to walking yet. So afraid for my feet, I'll put that on hold for awhile yet.
I woke with some pain this am with them and hip, but it's manageable.

    Have a lovely day everyone!

Okay Tweety. I started at 215 and today I'm 212.6 working my way down the mountain. Thanks for doing this! I got a kick out of your photos and motivational talks and you did a great job.

The Plan is non-existant and it's noon time. I have to check the freezer to see if there's any pea soup lurking down below. Dinner will be chicken, veggie and salad I guess.

    Enjoy it Girlfriends!

I was wondering about Aus too. How is her parakeet? She said she was lookin for a new site.... I do hope that she was joking , just because of the missing rainbow in her life. I can't believe she'd all out quit because of a missing rainbow or two.

Ah well. I'm no one to talk about this.... I've been MIA so often that I feel like a hypocrite.

But... like the Terminator, I always come back! muahahahhaa!
