    Exciting News for WebMD Members!

We've been busy behind the scenes building new message boards for you. You'll have new and easier ways to find messages, connect with others, and share your stories.

And, this will all be available on your smartphone or other mobile device!

What Do You Need to Do?

The message board you're used to will be closing in the coming weeks. While many of your boards will be making the move to our new home, your posts will not. Want to keep a discussion going? Save posts you want to continue (this includes your member profile story), so that you can re-post them in the new message boards.

Keep an eye here and on your email inbox, we'll be back in touch soon to give you all the information you need!

    Yours in health,

Kathy, what the heck is Mea Culpa?

Yep that is absolutely right Judy. Some times we have to force ourselves to do the right thing. Like, last night while I was walking, I kept saying I don't wanna be doing this, it's too hard. I had to tell myself to shut up and just keep walking and boy, when I got done, I was proud of myself. Pooped but proud. ha ha!!

Don't live life comparing yourself to everyone else.
God has created you to be you and you are free to be you.

Aussie, Mea Culpa is Latin and it means that something is your own fault. The phrase is used in the Latin Mass, and traditionally a penitent would tap one's chest with a fist and repeat the words three times. It used more commonly in everyday language to mean it's "nobody's fault but my own"
