Hi Roh and fellow Winners.... This is Tues, but since I didn't weigh in yesterday, I'll use this AMs weight. 195.6.
I can't wait to hear what your work buddies are all losing. It'd be interesting to see how a workplace , with inherent competitive jockeying for position anyhow, handles a competition like this and how much is actually lost by the Biggest Loser/winner.

I was up a little bit this morning - 193. But I was also up later than usual (midnight instead of my normal bedtime of 10) and was drinking water. So that could be part of it. I dunno. I'm up from yesterday. So we'll see how tomorrow is

It will indeed be interesting to see what the winner at my workplace loses, hopefully the $100 on the line will be enough incentive.

I had a small NSV. It's my birthday today and I am not fantasizing at all about cake, or wanting it. I might get some exotic fruit, however. That's what I had last year and it was great.

I remember last year's bday for you too, Roh. As soon as I read that you weren't fantasizing about cake I knew you'd opt for your exotic fruit fix. Let us know what sweet juicy fruit you had, ok?

Judy, I ended up having blueberry juice... with homemade chicken soup (with rice noodles and lots of garlic) plus flax seed and brown rice bread for dinner. Yes, I know juice isn't the ideal but it was pure fruit and no added anything. It was tasty too! I did also have some chips, the lower fat popped potato kind. Still not the best dinner but the food choices I made were in favor of higher nutrients. Also, it was tasty!
