    I never really had a weight problem always skinny didn't ever eat junk but after my son I soon discovered I weight more then I wanted and couldn't stop eating I been up and down for almost 8 year I am almost 33 and I went to the doctor because of low iron and weight almost 150 where I wanna be in the 130 I started eating healthly no soda counting carbs and working out and am now 137 I am putting my mind to it for my health now the line just wanna say good luck to everyone who wants to be heathly.
