I got this site from Judy my first day here. I am on my 4th day, and seem to be losing. Very helpful! You can track your weight, measurements, weight goal, exercise, lifestyle, moods, journal, nutrition levels of all foods you eat are automatically tracked. I really like seeing if I am low on a nutrient, then I eat something with that nutrient. If nothing else at this point my nutrition has become very important part of my plan. My blood pressure and my sugars and my cholesterol were all rising and my energy has now returned!!! GOOD LUCK EVERYONE! Glad to be here!
