OK - this really isn't a diet - but here is something that helps me and it also makes it easy to get in another serving of fruit. My biggest problem is my serving sizes are too big - especially at dinner time - so - what I do is this - about 15 minutes before dinner is done - while I am cooking - I eat an apple and drink a large glass of water. It doesn't have to be an apple if you don't like them - just some type of fruit. I can say it makes me eat less at dinner time because I feel full sooner!
SW 192, CW 194 (yuck!), GW 155  We can do anything we put our minds to!!
