Overweight since 2nd grade. Couldn't defeat my appetite. At 51, went on a healthfast that incidentally brought my appetite under control. Went from a 40" waist, with belly-over-the-belt, to a snug 36" waist.
The program and theory of why it works is in my article 'A Dose of Hope for overweight people,' on my website www.importantlittlefacts.com . All free. No money. Just learn and conquer!

life may not be the Party we expected but while we are here we may as well dance
What you say about buffets....well I like to get healthy eating and weightloss tips from everyone. I think we are all different and have to find our own ways to do this. We also, need to tweak it from time to time or we will just go back to our old ways.
You said you did the re-pounding thing. How are you with that aspect?
