I used 1/2 C fat free plain yogurt a tablespoon natural honey 1/2 small banana 1/2 teas cocoa powder I used the new dark cocoa...
I blended with my imersion blender and smeared it on my face and neck left ibn on 20ish minutes and I swear my skin looks refreshed.
I had a half a banana in the freezer I used I defrosted it first though. I accually conbined 2 different ideas I saw on DR OZ he recomended the yogurt honey banana as a facial then I saw another thing in cocoa being great for the skin something about how soft and new the skin on cocoa pickers hands were, I I added the 1/2 teas cocoa to the original thing it accually stiffens like a mask on the face... and I think it is definatly worth a try .. I hope you like it Hugs Judy:)
