That sounds fantastic Judy. I wonder if I could use that last 1/2 cup of plain yogurt I always seem to have at the expiration date.

I will have to give it a try. My mother can only have 1/2 a banana for a serving-so that helps there.

I had a half a banana in the freezer I used I defrosted it first though.
I accually conbined 2 different ideas I saw on DR OZ
he recomended the yogurt honey banana as a facial then I saw another thing in cocoa being great for the skin something about how soft and new the skin on cocoa pickers hands were, I I added the 1/2 teas cocoa to the original thing it accually stiffens like a mask on the face... and I think it is definatly worth a try ..
    I hope you like it
    Hugs Judy:)

Hi I have done this more than once and it does help my facial skin look fresher .I will start useing it again this week the thing is it is not storable you have to use it right after you make it .. so maybe cut the amounts down a bit just enough for face and neck
I will be trying it again tonight and will let you know if it still works ..
