Is it true that discoloration in your bowels is a symptom of stomach cancer? I know that black bowels is a sign that blood could be in your stool, but what if it is green? Like really green?
I recently noticed that my stool had a shamrock green look, no joke. Someone told me that that could be a sign of cancer and I am terrified to ask my doctor!
Can someone please shed some light on this issue? I have not been eating excessive amounts of leafy vegetables, just the normal amount...
