Have you been tested for inflammatory bowl disease? There IS a difference between the two, and you show a lot of symptoms for it. If not, I would do so right away.
The second thing is aside from dealing with your symptoms, do you suffer from a lot of stress? School, work, home, etc? When I am under a lot of stress, I can get stomach pain that is so bad I almost want to go to the hospital. It will then spread to my neck and shoulders if I don't deal with it. I will also get nauseous and lose my appetite completely. I know now that I am reaping the effects of long-term stress from my job. My doctor told me that chronic and long-term stress can ruin your health, and trigger almost any physical symptom. Have you tried a little exercise? I work out 5 days a week for a minimum of 30 minutes. It took a little while, but when I keep this up, it keeps my symptoms in check. I know first hand it can be hard to make yourself exercise when you are not feeling well. But this is the most natural and probably best way to deal with stress. And if your symptoms are stress related, you should start feeling better with some exercise. Good luck to you, and I wish you better health soon!

I been experience almost the exact same symptoms. I had upper abdominal pain for almost 6 months now. At first, my symptoms were bad. I felt sick, stomach pain, heartburn, chest pain etc. I lost 13 pounds within a few months but slowly improved over time.
My endoscopy showed only mild inflammation. Stress does make your symptoms worse. I started having sleeping troubles thinking the worse. finding ways to releive stress helps.
