I'm a 21 year old female. I have been having stomach cramps and diarrhea since I was about 10. I have never seen a doctor about this because I didn't think there was anything wrong, but I have realized that what is going on isn't normal. I don't have insurance and little money to see a doctor. As of a few months it has been getting worse and just yesterday I had the urge to go. When I wiped there was a lot of blood. Now I'm even more worried than before and I don't know what to do. Any help would be greatly apreciated!

I hate to say this, but since you're now experiencing blood you've got to see a doc. Call you local hospital and see if there are any clinics or assistance plans that you might be able to use to help defray the expense.
