So much diverse info on this--sounds like psyllium is great for keeping gut in balance, lowers LDL. But I also read it raises triglycerides in postmenopausal women, can interfere with B-12 absorption, and other vitamins??? Also, is there any benefit between taking tablet form or powder, as far as effeciency??
