Extreme cramps with bowel movement (which is always loose) HELP!

Hi, I am new to posting but hoping I can get some answers to this as I have no insurance which makes it difficult to go to the doctor.

I was diagnosed with Diverticulitis couple of months ago. After studies were done it was decided that was what was causing me extreme stomach pain. I was hospitalized for 4 days during which I was given no food or liquids just Cipro and Flagyl and liquids through IV. I left the hospital and continued taking medication at home along with a liquid diet which then transitioned into a normal diet.
It has been about 2 months and now I have horrible cramps whenever I go to the bathroom and it is always loose stool (sort of diarrhea) the pain only lasts while I have to use the bathroom.
I am wondering if this means I have diverticulitis again and what exactly can I do? I lead a healthy life and eat healthy so I am very confused as how this happened.

Any advice/help would be appreciated!!
