Possible gallbladder problems

I'm 22 weeks pregnant and already asked this question on the preg community board. I've had discomfort in my upper abdomen and right side of abdomen just below my ribs for a month now. Sometimes it is actual pain but mostly just discomfort. When I lay in bed I often have to change positions because it feels like there is a knot in my middle upper abdomen just below the breastbone. Three times now in the past month I've had extreme pain all over my stomach that lasts about 3-4 hours and happens after I eat salads/raw vegetables. It isn't worse when I eat spicy/fatty foods, however. And I've had looser BM's (sorry TMI) during this time as well.

I was diagnosed with IBS when I was younger but those symptoms improved after my first pregnancy. But this pain is different (the old pain was due to constipation issues) and it's in a different location (upper abdomen as opposed to the IBS pain I used to have in my lower stomach).

I spoke to my OB about the pain and she kind of blew it off as heartburn and said to take Zantac. I don't think it's heartburn and the Zantac hasn't helped after 4 days.

Does this sound like gallbladder issues? Can your gallbladder cause these kinds of problems for a month or longer? I have some of the symptoms I've read about online but I haven't read much about the pain/discomfort lasting this long. I know I'm pregnant and that complicates things but if anyone has dealt with similar pain or gallbladder issues any info would be very helpful. I'm getting tired of never knowing how bad the pain is going to be from day to day and trying to figure out what's causing it.
