Blood during bowel movements

During bowel movements, there has been a lot of blood present. It doesn't seem like it's in the stool, but rather coming from tissue in the body on the way out. It's bright red blood. I had a colonoscopy a year ago after this happened the first time. There were no findings and I apparently have a clean, healthy colon. Do I have a bleeding ulcer? Hemmroids?

I am not doctor but I would say GET TO A DOCTOR IMMEDIATELY. Find out if it is hemmroids, or a bleeding ulcer, or worse!
